Phaos 1870 is a restored winery located in the old castle of the traditional village of Pyrgos. With the utmost attention to detail, and following the norms of local architecture, we have created a new way to stay in Santorini.
Settled within the protected castle, the property is a few minutes’ downhill walk from the village centre and its vibrant square. From the highest point in Santorini, the suites overlook the sea, the caldera and the volcano, with panoramic views of the island.
