Some evenings are too good to share with a restaurant. A private chef comes to your Phaos house, cooks a dinner around your tastes and serves it on your veranda or by your pool, as the light changes over the Aegean.

The menu is built around you and the island: fava, cherry tomatoes, white aubergine and capers from the volcanic soil, fresh fish from the Aegean and wines from Santorini’s old vineyards. Share your favourite dishes, allergies or dietary needs and the menu is shaped around them.

The chef arrives, cooks, serves and clears away — you only need to sit down. Our Guest Experience Specialists will plan it around you — before you arrive or during your stay.
